Full balcony waterproofing renewal at a Langley residential complex. Third-floor balconies received a complete tear-off and replacement with new 60mil vinyl membrane, including framing repairs, re-sloping, and new plywood sheathing. Second-floor balconies were re-coated with a fresh liquid-applied waterproofing over the existing assembly.
